Presented in our signature linen covered keepsake box, this year’s Twelve Days collection is inspired by quiet winter walks through local Devon countryside – faded seed heads, ivy winding through bare branches, berries providing bursts of colour against crisp silvery frost, all amongst the soft stillness of December mornings.
The palette, soft and muted, with weathered greens, berry tones, warm frosted neutrals and gentle hints of nature woven throughout the collection.
Inside the box you’ll find 12 individually wrapped gifts. Each gift will be a surprise but will include
✧ A full embroidery kit along with a coordinating mini kit, both featuring my own hand dyed linens
✧ A special edition boxed hand dyed thread set
✧ Special release hand dyed fabrics
✧ Treasures and haberdashery pieces gathered to accompany your stitching journey - these will all be both luxurious and useful!
As always, the box is designed to feel beautifully tactile and immersive, every detail created to make opening it feel like part of the experience - something to savour throughout the season.
The gifts are labelled 1-12, and are designed to be opened every other day from the 1st December, although you can of course open them at different time. If you do choose to open them all at once or to a different schedule please be mindful of releasing images on social media so it doesn’t spoil any surprises for anybody else!

Payment Options
This year I am offering different payment options, recognising that some people have previously contacted me requesting instalment plans.
Payment can be made either in full, by paying a 50% deposit or by purchasing the 25% deposit option. Invoices will be sent for the subsequent instalments.
Subsequent dates for balances:
25% Deposit - 2nd Payment due 1st July 2026, 3rd Payment due 1st August 2026, Final Balance due 1st September 2026
50% Deposit - Balance due 1st September 2026
Postage
Boxes will be posted at the latest by 18th November to ensure they are delivered in plenty of time for the beginning of December. It is likely that they will be much earlier!
The December Special Edition boxes are a pre order purchase, as they are a large item with specially made packing boxes they cannot be purchased with any other item. If both boxes are purchased at the same time an invoice will be sent for the second postage.
International Buyers are responsible for any tax/duty that is due upon receipt of the package. US parcels will be sent via Royal Mail's Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) shipping service. Parcels are sent via ‘International Tracked’ Service.
Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for International orders that are held up in customs. All parcels are carefully wrapped, along with the gifts inside. Occasionally customs will open packages to carry out spot checks, regrettably we cannot be be held responsible for this, or for any damage done to the parcel.
FINALLY, BEFORE PURCHASING THIS LISTING PLEASE NOTE:
The Beautiful Stitch is me (Vicki) and whichever family members I can persuade to help! So that I can prepare and post your box, all of the supplies, including the special gifts from other artisan businesses , are ordered in advance, based upon your commitment when you purchase this pre-order. This means that a separate cancellation policy applies to normal.
Should you need to cancel your box, please note that we will provide a refund of any monies paid, MINUS a £25 admin fee if cancelled by 11th September 2026. Orders cancelled after the 11th September 2026 will only be eligible for a refund of monies paid, MINUS a £25 admin fee, once we have resold your box.
