Adorably cute vintage pots that remind me of Pooh Bear’s honey pots, these are hand filled with 100% beeswax scented with honey and vanilla.
I find thread wax to be essential with metal threads and hand dyed threads. By gently dragging your thread over the surface of the conditioner it both softens and strengthens your thread, making it less likely to tangle or split, allowing for smoother stitching!
Each little pot stands just over 1” tall. As they are vintage no two are identical, the glaze may have crackles from the passing of time and some perfect little imperfections.
There are two designs of container, the traditional rounded escargot pots and a slightly larger more straight sided vessel, that also makes me think of a little flower pot!
If you wish to smoothen the top of your wax surface after use you can gently reheat it to do so.
